- Robert has provided guidance for the Board of Directors on the development of the Rosetta Universe Strategic Plan & Strategic Goals.
- He has lived abroad across four continents for over ten years experiencing diverse cultures, languages, and styles of leadership.
- Throughout his career he contributed to academic research and publications in the field of military strategy and narrative theory. He holds a Master's degree in Political Management from George Washington University, a Master's degree in Military Art and Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, and a Bachelor of Arts in United States History from Boise State University.
- Robert leads fellow officers and NCO’s from fourteen different member nations through multiple operation orders development efforts at HQ NATO Rapid Deployable Corps, Valencia, Spain July 2020 – Present.
